Yes, all our rooms are equipped with integrated screens and audio to ensure high-quality video conferences. Some rooms also have dedicated control systems for managing projectors, sound, and webcams professionally.

Is there a dedicated Wi-Fi connection for event rooms?
Yes, all our meeting and event areas have high-performance Wi-Fi to guarantee optimal stability and speed.

What’s included in the room rental cost?
The rental includes the use of technical equipment (screens, audio, projectors, webcams), room setup, cleaning, and staff support for setup and tech assistance. Additional services such as catering can be requested separately.

Can I book a room for evening or weekend events?
Milan Porta Romana: Yes, for an extra fee for special opening, you can book rooms for evening or weekend events even when the location is closed to the public.
Bologna Panigale: Yes, events can be booked in the evening or on weekends, as long as the room is vacated by 11:30 PM. Musical or social events are not permitted.
Trieste Campus: Yes, you can book the room for evening events or on Saturdays. Bookings are not possible on Sundays.
Florence Together Florence: Yes, rooms can be booked for evening or weekend events depending on availability.

Can I bring my own catering for an event or meeting?
Yes, with prior notice, you can arrange catering through your trusted provider for meals during your event or meeting.

How does meeting room cancellation work?
Milan Porta Romana: Free cancellation up to 30 business days before the event. Between 30 and 10 business days, the deposit will be retained. For less than 10 business days, the full amount is due.
Bologna Panigale: Free cancellation up to 3 days before the event. After that, the first day’s fee is retained. Date changes are allowed for free based on availability.
Trieste Campus: Same as Bologna Panigale.
Florence Together Florence: Free cancellation or changes up to 15 days before. Between 15 and 7 days, 40% is charged. After that, the full amount is due. For hospitality and food services, changes are allowed within a 20% margin.

Can I rent a space for a full day?
Yes, Open by Joivy offers flexible spaces that can be rented for a full day or just a few hours, with customized setups based on your needs.

Are there outdoor areas available for events or meetings?
Some of our locations offer terraces or courtyards that can be used for informal meetings, corporate events, or networking moments. Check availability at your preferred location.

Can I propose an event to organize in your spaces?
Absolutely! We’re always open to collaborations for training, networking, or corporate events. Contact us to discuss your idea and find the most suitable solution.

How does cancellation of a space reservation work?
Our offer always includes a cancellation policy that provides all the details related to cancelling a room or catering service.

Is the bistro reserved for coworkers only?
No, the bistro is open to the public. You can stop by for a coffee, lunch, or an aperitif without accessing the coworking spaces.

Do you offer catering services for events?
Yes, we provide customized catering for events, meetings, and corporate gatherings — including coffee breaks, lunches, and aperitifs.

Do I need to book a table to have lunch or an aperitif at the bistro?
No, our bistro is always open and ready to welcome you without reservation. However, for larger groups, we recommend letting us know in advance.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods: cash, debit cards, credit cards, Satispay, and meal vouchers.

Can I bring my own food and eat it in the bistro or common areas?
Unfortunately not — due to HACCP regulations, outside food and drinks are not allowed. We have an in-house bistro, check it out here.
