Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed to fulfill your request. Providing this data is necessary in order to proceed.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation 2016/679/EU.

With the data subject’s consent, data may also be used for market surveys and for sending commercial communications about services, initiatives, and events.

Consent can be revoked at any time by writing to privacy@openbyjoivy.com, including with reference to a specific method of processing.

Recipients of the Data
Data may be processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in accordance with internal instructions.
It may also be disclosed to third parties assigned by the Controller to perform certain tasks, acting as Data Processors (e.g., IT service providers).

Retention Period
Personal data will be stored for one year from the date of the request.
Data processed with consent will be stored for two years from the last interaction or request.

Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, they have the right to:

  • access their personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, or object to it

  • receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transfer it to another data controller (data portability)

  • be informed about the existence of automated decision-making processes, including profiling

  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal

  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
